Ed Riveglia, CISR is a designated insurance professional with over 19 years of insurance experience. He graduated from primary and secondary school in the Syracuse, NY area and holds a Computer Science degree from the State University of New York.
Mr. Riveglia moved to the Charlotte, NC area in 1997 and has worked in the insurance industry for both insurance companies and independent agencies in professional and management capacities. He came to AAA insurance in 2006 as an automation trainer. He assisted in the launch of their proprietary insurance carrier, The Members Insurance Company, acting as the project manager and chief business architect of their TAZ policy processing system. Mr. Riveglia also acted as project manager and chief analyst for several other IT projects, including the search for a new agency management system and the implementation of a new comparative rater.
Mr. Riveglia has consults with insurance agents and companies on IT projects and is an active member of the Independent Insurance Agents’ Association of NC, serving on both the Agency Management/Technology and Education Committees. He resides in the Charlotte suburb of Indian Trail and has several immediate family members in the Raleigh area, as well as upstate New York.
